THE UNEXPECTED WATER SHOWER

In water sports events, particularly rowing or canoeing, athletes are sometimes seen receiving an unexpected shower when a competitor sprays water with their paddle.

The surprised faces are always an eye-catcher. The heavy rain also caused the athletes to perform unusually and their bows sank in the water.
